Welcome to ToyJack. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on a product page.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Partners

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. ToyJack is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been handed over to them.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • ToyJack is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required for verification.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


10. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery, especially collectible and fragile items. Minor damage to outer packaging or boxes during transit does not qualify as product damage unless the item itself is affected.


11. Delays Beyond Our Control

ToyJack is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs or regulatory delays


12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

ToyJack reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
